Questions
- Do I need an account to try it?
- No. Build and send a real proposal from the homepage in about 30 seconds, no signup. A free account keeps proposals 21 days instead of 7, with the same limit of 3. Delete one to free a slot, or go Pro to remove the limit and set your own deadlines.
- Can I collect payment through it?
- Pro shows your deposit and a payment button the moment a client accepts. You put your own payment link — a Stripe link or invoice, a PayPal.me address — on each proposal, so it can carry the right amount for that job, and the money goes straight to your processor. We never touch or hold funds.
- What happens when a proposal expires?
- The link stops opening for your client. That is the only thing that expires. The proposal itself stays in your dashboard with whatever happened to it, so a job your client accepted still reads Accepted months later. Two warning emails go out, 3 days ahead and the day it happens, so nothing lapses as a surprise. To send it again, duplicate it: the copy gets a fresh link and a fresh window. Free links run 21 days; on Pro you pick the window per proposal — 7, 14, 30 or 60 days, or no deadline at all.
- What does it cost if an AI agent writes the proposal?
- A dollar, and only when it goes out. Proposals you write in the browser are never charged for, whatever the volume, on Free or on Pro. Proposals created through the API by a script or an AI agent are metered at $1 each, charged the first time one leaves draft and once ever, billed once a month rather than a dollar at a time. Drafts are free, so your agent can write ten, you can read all ten, and you pay for the two you actually send. The first 3 are free on every account.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Monthly and annual plans both cancel anytime from the billing portal. No contracts, no retention calls.
