How it works
It's like having someone in the office who writes up every quote and shows it to you before it goes out. You set it up once. After that, every quote is ask, check, send.
Step 1
Connect it once
In Claude or ChatGPT, add SendProposalsFast as a connector and sign in. That takes about 2 minutes and you never do it again. Use something else? An API key from Settings works too.
Step 2
Ask for the quote
Tell it about the job the way you'd tell a person. “Write up a quote for the Hendersons. Tear-off and re-shingle, 30 squares.” It works from your saved templates, so the quote reads like you wrote it. Ask for one, or ask for ten.
Step 3
Check it and send it
The finished proposal is waiting in your dashboard. Open it, change anything you want, hit send. Nothing goes to a client until you do.

You quote a job a day

Setup
Works with Claude and ChatGPT
- Use Claude or ChatGPT? Add SendProposalsFast as a connector and sign in with your account. There's no key to copy and nothing to install.
- Use something else, an automation tool or your own script? Get an API key under Settings and hand it that instead. Anything that can call a web API can write proposals on your account.
- Either way there are limits on how fast it can go and how many quotes can go out in a month. They're set high enough that an honest month never meets one, and we raise them when you ask.

Your plan doesn't change. Pro is still $12 a month, and anything you write yourself sends free, same as always. The dollar only applies to quotes an AI wrote for you, and only when one goes out.
Each one replaces about half an hour of typing. You know what your half hours are worth.
Sending proposals with AI: common questions
How does an AI write my proposals?
- You connect Claude or ChatGPT to your SendProposalsFast account, or give any other tool an API key. Then you ask for a quote the way you'd ask a person. It reads your saved templates and writes a real draft in your dashboard, with the scope, line items and terms filled in. Saving templates is a Pro feature. Without one, it writes the draft from what you tell it. Either way it lands in the same list as everything you write yourself, you edit it in the same editor, and it cannot send anything.
What does it cost to send proposals with AI?
- $1 for each proposal an AI wrote, charged the first time that proposal goes out to a client, and only once. Drafts are free, so it can write 10 and you pay for the 2 you send. The first 3 are free on every account, for life. Proposals you write yourself in the browser are never charged per send, whatever the volume. That's what the $12 Pro plan covers.
Can it send a proposal without asking me?
- No. Everything an AI writes lands in your dashboard as a draft, and sending happens there, by you. It's never given the client's link either, so a proposal can't reach a client through a chat by accident. You read every quote before a client can.
Do I need to be technical to use this?
- No. If you use Claude or ChatGPT, you add SendProposalsFast as a connector and sign in, which is a couple of minutes of clicking. If you use another tool, it needs an API key from your Settings page, which is copy and paste.
Does this change what I pay for the proposals I write myself?
- No. Free is still free and Pro is still $12 a month, or $99 a year, with no per-send charge on anything you type in the browser and no per-user pricing. A month where the AI writes nothing costs exactly what it costs today.
How am I billed?
- One invoice at the end of the month, for the proposals that went out that month. Not a card charge every time you send. Past your first 3 free sends you'll need a card on the account, and every line on the invoice is a proposal you pressed send on.
