Is it really free?
Yes. Sending from this page costs nothing and needs no account; the proposal stays live 7 days. A free account makes it 21 days and keeps three proposals, and you delete one to free a slot.
Does my client need an account?
No. They open the link and respond on the page from a phone, tablet, or laptop. Nothing to install.
What does an online acceptance record?
Their typed name, the exact proposal text, and a timestamp. It is a clear record of what was agreed: a confirmation of intent, not a legal e-signature.
Can I collect a deposit?
On Pro, acceptance shows the deposit amount and a payment button linking to your own payment processor, so approval and payment happen in one step.
Can I edit it after sending?
Until your client opens it, yes. Edit the proposal and the same link updates. Once it has been viewed, the version they read stays put.
