Comparison
SendProposalsFast vs Qwilr
Qwilr turns a proposal into an interactive web page rather than a document: embedded video, live pricing tables a client can configure, ROI calculators, and analytics behind all of it. For a sales team selling something complicated, it is a genuinely different and better artifact than a PDF.
Qwilr is priced per user per month on three tiers, and the two tiers above entry level carry seat minimums.
- $12 a month, flat, with no per-user pricing
- No account needed to send your first one
- No limit on the proposals you write
Side by side
What actually differs
Every row is something a client feels or a number you can check. The rows we lose are written the same way as the rows we win, in the same type, with no hedging on them.

The honest part
Where Qwilr beats us
None of this is hedging. These are the reasons to buy Qwilr instead, written the way we would want them written about us.
The artifact is genuinely better
An interactive page with embedded video, a configurable pricing table and an ROI calculator is a more persuasive thing than a document. If you are selling software or a complex service, that difference closes deals and we cannot match it.
Deep analytics
Qwilr shows you how a buyer moved through the page, not just that they opened it. On a long sales cycle with several stakeholders, that is real information.
It is built for a sales team
Seats, roles, CRM sync, shared content. The seat minimums on their upper tiers exist because that is who the product is for, and it serves them well.
Design range
Qwilr pages can be made to look like anything. Ours look like one thing, on purpose, and you cannot move it.
The other side
Where we beat Qwilr
One person can actually buy it
Qwilr's Growth plan has a five-seat minimum, so the smallest bill on it is $275 a month. Their entry tier is $35 per user per month billed annually. Pro is $12 a month, and there is no tier above it to be pushed into.
No seats, ever
The price does not change when a second person starts using the account, because there are no seats in the product at all.
We never touch the money
Payment on acceptance uses your own Stripe or PayPal link, so your client pays you directly and no percentage is taken on our side. Qwilr collects through QwilrPay and charges a fee that varies by tier.
You can send one before you sign up
Four fields on the home page and the link exists. No account, no card, no demo call.
Which one should you buy?
Buy Qwilr
Buy Qwilr if your proposal is a pitch that benefits from being interactive, if you sell something where a buyer wants to configure options and see the numbers move, or if you have a sales team and a CRM that the proposal needs to live inside. That is a real category and we are not in it.
Pick SendProposalsFast
Pick us if you are quoting a job rather than pitching a platform, if the document is a scope and a price, and if $35 per user per month for that feels like a lot. It is $12, or nothing at all if 3 proposals at a time is enough.
SendProposalsFast vs Qwilr: common questions
Is SendProposalsFast a good Qwilr alternative?
- For a solo trade or service business, yes, mostly on price and simplicity. Qwilr Starter is $35 per user per month billed annually and its Growth plan requires a minimum of 5 seats. SendProposalsFast is $12 a month flat with no seats. For a sales team that needs interactive quote pages, embedded video and CRM sync, Qwilr is a genuinely different product and the better buy.
How much does Qwilr cost?
- Qwilr Starter is $35 per user per month billed annually, or $49 per user per month billed monthly, and includes 10 free documents with 60 days of analytics history. Growth is $55 per user per month on annual billing with a minimum of 5 seats, which makes $275 a month the smallest bill on that plan. Scale is $75 per user per month with a minimum of 10 seats. We read these on qwilr.com/pricing on August 16, 2026.
Can one person use Qwilr?
- On the Starter plan, yes, at $35 per user per month billed annually. The Growth and Scale plans carry minimums of 5 and 10 seats, so a solo business cannot buy either one regardless of what it needs from them. SendProposalsFast has no seat concept at all.
Does SendProposalsFast take a cut of payments like QwilrPay does?
- No. Payment on acceptance on our Pro tier uses your own payment link, a Stripe payment link or invoice, or a PayPal.me address, that you put on the proposal itself. Your client pays you directly through your own processor and we take nothing, because the money never passes through us. Qwilr collects payments through QwilrPay and charges a percentage that varies by plan.
Can I try SendProposalsFast without an account?
- Yes. SendProposalsFast lets you send before you register: fill in the form on the home page and you get a real client-ready proposal link, with no account and no card. Anonymous links last 7 days and you can keep 3 proposals at a time. Registering is free and extends links to 21 days.
