SendProposalsFast vs Proposify

Proposify is the proposal tool agencies benchmark against: a deep template library, section-level analytics showing how long a client spent on your pricing page, approval workflows and CRM integration. It is a well-built product for a sales team that sends proposals for a living.

Proposify is priced per user per month, and every plan includes a monthly send allowance with a per-send charge once you pass it.

  • $12 a month, flat, with no per-user pricing
  • No account needed to send your first one
  • No limit on the proposals you write

Side by side

What actually differs

Every row is something a client feels or a number you can check. The rows we lose are written the same way as the rows we win, in the same type, with no hedging on them.

The honest part

Where Proposify beats us

None of this is hedging. These are the reasons to buy Proposify instead, written the way we would want them written about us.

Section-level analytics

Proposify tells you how long a client spent on each part of the document. Knowing they read the price three times and skipped the case studies genuinely changes your follow-up call. We tell you that it was opened, and when.

A template library with real breadth

Proposify covers 75 or more service categories with designed, editable templates. We have 13 industries written out in full. If your trade is not one of ours, theirs probably has it.

It is built for a team

Approval workflows, roles, a shared content library and CRM sync from the Team plan up. If a manager signs off on pricing before a proposal goes out, that is a workflow we do not have.

Design control

Proposify gives you a real document designer. We give you one well-set layout, your logo and an accent color, and no way to move anything. That is a deliberate trade and it will not suit everyone.

The other side

Where we beat Proposify

We do not charge you for sending what you wrote

This is the whole argument. Proposify's Basic plan includes 10 sends a month and bills $0.50 for each one after. A roofer quoting 20 jobs in a busy month pays for 10 of them twice. Pro has no send limit and no per-send charge on the proposals you write. The one thing we meter is work you did not do: proposals an AI agent writes for you, at $1 a proposal, charged only when one goes out.

The price does not multiply

Pro is $12 a month, or $99 a year, flat. Proposify is $19 per user per month on annual billing, so two people is $38 and a busy month adds send charges on top of that.

You can send one before you sign up

Fill in the form on the home page and you have a real client-ready link. No account, no card, no trial clock. Proposify offers a 14-day trial, which is a good trial, and it still starts with a sign-up form.

There is nothing to configure

No template to design first, no content library to seed, no brand kit. Pick your trade or start blank, fill in four fields, send the link.

Which one should you buy?

Buy Proposify

Buy Proposify if proposals are how your business makes money and you send them at volume: an agency, a studio, a sales team of three or more. Section-level analytics, an approval step before pricing goes out, and a template library that deep are worth more than the difference in price once proposals are a full-time job.

Pick SendProposalsFast

Pick us if you are one person, your proposal is a scope and a price rather than a 20-page pitch, and you would rather not think about how many you sent this month. Free covers 3 at a time. Pro is $12 and removes every limit except the ones we do not have features for.

SendProposalsFast vs Proposify: common questions

Is SendProposalsFast a good Proposify alternative?

For a solo trade or service business, yes, and mostly on cost structure. SendProposalsFast is $12 a month flat with no send limit on the proposals you write, where Proposify's Basic plan is $19 per user per month billed annually and includes 10 sends a month with $0.50 for each one after. For an agency that needs section-level analytics, approval workflows and a deep template library, Proposify is the better product.

How much does Proposify cost?

Proposify's Basic plan is $19 per user per month billed annually, or $29 per user per month billed monthly, and includes 10 sends a month with $0.50 for each send beyond that. Team is $41 per user per month billed annually with 30 sends included and $0.30 per extra send. Business is custom, starting at $3,900 a year. We read these figures on proposify.com/pricing on August 16, 2026.

Does Proposify limit how many proposals you can send?

It meters them rather than blocking them. Proposify's own pricing page says drafting, editing and collaborating are always unlimited, and that a send is counted when you share a proposal with a client. Basic includes 10 sends a month and Team includes 30, with a per-send charge above the allowance. SendProposalsFast Pro has no send limit and no per-send charge on the proposals you write.

Does SendProposalsFast charge per proposal?

Not for the ones you write. Type a proposal in the browser and send it and there is no charge for it, on Free or on Pro, however many you send: that is what the $12 seat buys. There is one metered thing, and it is a different product Proposify does not sell: proposals an AI agent writes for you through our API. Those are $1 a proposal, charged the first time one goes out and once ever, and the first three are free. Drafts your agent writes cost nothing at all, so you can look before you pay.

What does Proposify do that SendProposalsFast does not?

Proposify has section-level analytics showing how long a client spent on each part of the document, a template library covering 75 or more service categories, CRM integration, approval workflows, and a full document designer. SendProposalsFast deliberately has none of those. It sends one kind of document, in one layout, in under 30 seconds.

Can I try SendProposalsFast without a trial or a card?

Yes. SendProposalsFast has no trial because there is nothing to start: fill in the form on the home page and you get a real proposal link to send to a real client, with no account and no card. Registering for the free tier is also free and extends your links from 7 days to 21. Proposify offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card, which is a good trial, and it still begins with a sign-up form.

Try it before you compare anything

SendProposalsFast is proposal software for freelancers and small service businesses. Fill in four fields on the home page and you get a client-ready proposal link in under 30 seconds, with no account and no card. Nothing to cancel afterwards, because there was nothing to sign up for.
