Scope
Project overview
Full interior repaint of the living areas, three bedrooms, and all trim and doors throughout the home.
Scope of work
Protect floors and furniture, patch minor nail holes and small drywall dings, caulk gaps at trim, prime any patched areas, and finish with two coats of paint on walls and ceilings.
Paint & materials
Premium washable interior paint (eggshell on walls, semi-gloss on trim and doors) color-matched to your samples, plus all tape, drop cloths, and sundries.
Timeline
4-5 working days depending on drying time between coats and room access.
What's not included
Wallpaper removal, popcorn ceiling texture work, and exterior painting are not part of this scope. Ask and we'll quote them separately.

Terms
A 20% deposit reserves your start date; the balance is due the day the job is completed. This proposal is valid for 21 days from the date sent. Any surfaces, rooms, or repairs not listed above, including wallpaper removal or drywall repair beyond minor patching, will be quoted separately before we begin.
