SendProposalsFast vs PandaDoc

PandaDoc is a document platform for sales teams. It handles proposals, contracts, NDAs and order forms, with a content library, a CRM connection and approval routing behind them. We do one of those things, for one person, in about half a minute.

PandaDoc is priced per user per month, on tiers, with a free plan that meters how many documents you may send in a year.

  • $12 a month, flat, with no per-user pricing
  • No account needed to send your first one
  • No limit on the proposals you write

Side by side

What actually differs

Every row is something a client feels or a number you can check. The rows we lose are written the same way as the rows we win, in the same type, with no hedging on them.

Where these numbers come from

  • PandaDoc's free plan allows 60 documents sent per year, 2 recipients per document, and a maximum of 5 templates.Read on support.pandadoc.com/en/articles/9715030-pandadoc-free-plan-guide on August 16, 2026.
  • PandaDoc's paid plans are sold per user per month. We have not printed their amounts here, because their pricing page blocks automated reading and nobody on this side has read the figures there directly. Check it yourself before you compare.Read on pandadoc.com/pricing on August 16, 2026.

The honest part

Where PandaDoc beats us

None of this is hedging. These are the reasons to buy PandaDoc instead, written the way we would want them written about us.

It is a document platform, not a proposal tool

Contracts, NDAs, order forms and quotes all live in one place with one audit trail. If you send more than proposals, that is worth real money and we do not offer it.

Real e-signature

PandaDoc does legally binding electronic signatures with the audit trail that goes with them. Our acceptance is a typed name and a timestamp. It is a strong record of what was agreed and when, and it is not the same thing.

It fits a team

Seats, roles, approval routing before a document goes out, a shared content library, CRM sync. Every one of those is a reason to buy PandaDoc and none of them exist here.

A content library that pays back at volume

Reusable blocks, a template store and saved pricing tables mean the hundredth document costs less effort than the first. We give you 13 written templates and a duplicate button.

The other side

Where we beat PandaDoc

The bill does not grow with the crew

Pro is $12 a month, or $99 a year, whoever is holding the phone. PandaDoc is priced per user per month, so a second person is a second subscription.

No annual document allowance

PandaDoc's free plan stops at 60 documents a year, which is five a month. Free here keeps 3 proposals at a time with no annual ceiling, and Pro has no limit at all on the proposals you write.

You can send one before you sign up

Fill in the form on the home page and you get a real client-ready link, no account, no card. Nothing else in this category lets you do that, because it would break their funnel.

Nothing to set up

There is no template to build first, no content library to seed, no admin to configure. The fields are on the home page and the link exists when you finish typing.

Which one should you buy?

Buy PandaDoc

Buy PandaDoc if you send contracts and NDAs as well as proposals, if anything needs a legally binding signature with an audit trail, if a colleague has to approve a document before it goes out, or if you want the proposal to appear in your CRM without you touching it. Those are real needs and we are the wrong tool for every one of them.

Pick SendProposalsFast

Pick us if you are one person, the document you send is a scope and a price, and the thing standing between you and the job is that writing the quote takes an evening. You will spend $12 a month at most, and you can prove the whole thing works before you spend anything.

SendProposalsFast vs PandaDoc: common questions

Is SendProposalsFast a good PandaDoc alternative?

For a one-person business sending proposals, yes. It costs $12 a month flat with no per-user pricing and no send limit on the proposals you write, and you can send a real proposal before creating an account. For a sales team that also sends contracts and NDAs, needs approval routing, or needs a legally binding e-signature, PandaDoc is the better buy and we would rather say so.

What are the limits on PandaDoc's free plan?

PandaDoc's help centre lists 60 documents sent per year, 2 recipients per document, and a maximum of 5 templates on the free plan. That works out to five documents a month. We checked this on their own help centre on August 16, 2026.

How much does SendProposalsFast cost compared with PandaDoc?

SendProposalsFast is free for 3 kept proposals with a 21-day link, or $12 a month ($99 a year) for Pro with unlimited proposals kept indefinitely. It is one flat price rather than a price per user, and there is no charge per proposal on anything you write. Proposals an AI agent writes for you through our API are metered separately, at $1 a proposal, charged only when one goes out, with the first three free. PandaDoc sells its paid plans per user per month. We have not reprinted their figures here because we could not read their pricing page directly, so check pandadoc.com/pricing for the current amounts.

Does SendProposalsFast do e-signatures like PandaDoc does?

No, and this is the difference worth understanding. Your client accepts by typing their name on the proposal page, which is recorded with a timestamp and the exact line items they agreed to. It is a clear record of intent that holds up for ordinary trade and service work. It is not a legally binding electronic signature with a certificate and an audit trail, which is what PandaDoc provides. If a contract needs that, use a tool that does it.

Can I try SendProposalsFast without signing up?

Yes. SendProposalsFast lets you send before you register: fill in the form on the home page and you get a real proposal link you can send to a real client, with no account and no card. Anonymous proposals keep their link for 7 days and you can keep 3 at a time. Registering for the free tier extends the link to 21 days and keeps everything you already made. PandaDoc, like every other tool in this category, requires an account first.

Try it before you compare anything

SendProposalsFast is proposal software for freelancers and small service businesses. Fill in four fields on the home page and you get a client-ready proposal link in under 30 seconds, with no account and no card. Nothing to cancel afterwards, because there was nothing to sign up for.
