Scope
What's included
A full clean of all common areas, offices, break room, and restrooms: trash removal, surface dusting and disinfecting, vacuuming and mopping all floors, and restocking paper products and hand soap.
Cleaning schedule
Service runs every other Tuesday evening after close, starting with a deep clean on the first visit to establish a baseline, then recurring bi-weekly maintenance after that.
Supplies & equipment
We bring our own commercial-grade equipment, EPA-registered disinfectants, and eco-friendly supplies. Paper products are restocked from your on-site closet as part of the restroom service.
What's not included
Carpet shampooing, upholstery cleaning, and exterior window washing are available as one-time add-ons. Ask and we'll quote them separately.

Terms
A 20% deposit reserves your first cleaning date; the balance is invoiced after each visit on net-15 terms. This proposal is valid for 14 days from the date sent. Pricing may change if scheduling slips past that window. Any add-on services requested outside this scope, like deep-cleaning ovens or fridges, will be quoted separately before we start.
