Project overview
A 6-month local SEO program to fix technical issues, build out priority pages, and earn the citations and links needed to rank for your core services in your service area.
Scope of work
Month one covers a full technical audit and fixes (site speed, indexing, and mobile issues) plus on-page optimization of your 12 highest-priority pages. Months two through six add fresh content and ongoing link building.
Deliverables
Two new blog posts per month targeting service-area keywords, Google Business Profile optimization, local directory and citation cleanup, and monthly outreach for 1-2 relevant backlinks.
Reporting
A monthly dashboard tracking rankings, organic traffic, and leads, plus a call to walk through what moved and why.
What's not included
Paid ads, website redesigns, and content beyond the two monthly posts are not part of this scope. Available as add-ons.

Terms
The first month is billed 100% upfront to begin technical and content work; months two and beyond are billed monthly in advance. This proposal is valid for 21 days from the date sent. SEO results compound over time and are not guaranteed by a fixed date; any change in scope, like added keywords or content volume, is confirmed by email before it affects billing.
